La Direction des ressources educatives francaises (DREF)	La Direction des ressources educatives francaises (DREF) located at S208 - 200 avenue de la Cathedrale, is a branch of Manitoba Education, Citizenship and Youth. The DREF library provides educational resources to support Manitoba K to 12 teachers of French immersion, francais and Basic French programs.
